The 2025 Mazda CX-60 is officially launched in Malaysia, priced at RM 200,510 on-the-road without insurance. Offered in a single 2.5L 2WD High variant, the SUV is fully imported from Japan and sits on Mazda’s large product platform with a rear-wheel-drive layout.

Power comes from a 2.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine producing 191 PS at 6,000 rpm and 261 Nm at 3,000 rpm, paired with an eight-speed automatic driving the rear wheels.

Dimensions measure 4,740 mm long, 1,890 mm wide, 1,680 mm tall with a 2,870 mm wheelbase. Kerb weight is 1,770 kg, and ground clearance is 175 mm. Suspension is by double wishbones in front and multi-link at the rear, with ventilated disc brakes all around.

The CX-60 rides on 20-inch alloys with 235/50R20 tyres and carries a space-saver spare. Lighting is by automatic, self-levelling LED headlamps, LED DRLs, and LED tail lamps.

Inside, there’s a 12.3-inch infotainment display with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a head-up display. Audio comes from a 12-speaker Bose system, and connectivity is provided by four USB-C ports plus wireless charging.

Upholstery is in black leather. The driver’s seat offers 10-way power adjustment with memory, while the passenger gets eight-way adjustment. Safety kit includes adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane-keeping assist, smart brake support, blind spot monitoring, cross-traffic alert, driver monitoring, seven airbags, stability control, and more.

The CX-60 is available in Rhodium White, Zircon Sand, Platinum Quartz, Soul Red Crystal, and Jet Black. Warranty coverage is five years/100,000 km, with a matching five-year/100,000 km free maintenance package.
