Perodua Axia prices slashed by up to RM4.7k, ‘Rahmah’ variant still RM22k
Perodua has announced a price reduction for the Perodua Axia across all four variants, except for the Perodua Axia E, also known as the ‘Axia Rahmah’, which retains its RM22,000 price tag. The updated prices for the four Axia variants are listed in the table below.

According to Perodua, the price adjustment was made possible through continuous improvements in the company’s operational efficiency, while the vehicles retain the same quality and specifications. The resulting cost savings have enabled the company to offer the Perodua Axia at a lower price, making it more affordable for Malaysians amid the current economic climate.
Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin, said, “The revised pricing is the outcome of sustained continuous improvement initiatives undertaken in close collaboration with our local suppliers and partners within the automotive ecosystem. He added, “We thank them (our vendors and dealers) for their full cooperation in enhancing cost efficiency for the collective benefit of the industry and, by extension, all Malaysians.”
The Perodua Axia is a powered by a 1.0-litre (1KR-VE) three-cylinder petrol engine, producing 68 PS and 91 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via either a D-CVT automatic transmission or a five-speed manual gearbox, the latter being exclusive to the Axia Rahmah. The range-topping Axia AV variant is also equipped with Perodua Smart Drive Assist, which includes safety features such as Blind Spot Monitor, Pre-Collision Braking and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, among others.
