2026 Proton eMAS 7 Premium Plus launched at KLIMS – RM 126k, 68.39 kWh, 450 km range

Pro-Net has launched the Proton e.MAS 7 Premium Plus, priced at RM 125,800 (before rebates) at the 2026 Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS). This new variant joins the existing lineup and offers a larger battery capacity, providing a longer driving range. Currently, the Proton e.MAS 7 lineup consists of three variants: Prime, Premium, and Premium Plus. Below is the price comparison for all three Proton e.MAS 7 variants:

What is new in the new variant? The Proton e.MAS 7 Premium Plus now comes equipped with a larger 68.39 kWh AEGIS Short Blade Battery, aligning its battery capacity with the updated global specification of the Geely EX5. Fitted with 19-inch wheels, the Proton e.MAS 7 Premium Plus can travel up to 450 km on a single charge, a 40 km increase over the Premium variant’s 60.22 kWh battery. The front-mounted electric motor remains unchanged, producing 218 PS and 320 Nm of torque. As a result, the 0–100 km/h sprint takes 7.4 seconds, which is 0.3 seconds slower than the Premium variant, presumably due to the larger and heavier battery. The table below shows the powertrain, performance, and charging details of all Proton e.MAS 7 variants.
