From RM 144k, 2025 Hyundai Tucson facelift launched in Malaysia: 3 powertrains – NA, Turbo, Hybrid
Hyundai Motor Malaysia has launched the 2025 Hyundai Tucson facelift. Locally assembled in Kulim, the SUV is offered in four variants across three powertrains, with prices starting from RM143,888.

Powertrain
- 2.0L NA engine with 156 PS and 192 Nm, 6-speed auto, front-wheel drive
- 1.6L turbocharged engine with 180 PS and 265 Nm, 7-speed DCT, front-wheel drive
- 1.6L turbo hybrid with 235 PS and 367 Nm combined, 6-speed auto, front-wheel drive
Only the Prestige 1.6T comes with all-wheel drive.
The facelift includes redesigned bumpers, a new grille with triple vertical LED DRLs, and updated rear trim. All variants come with LED lighting. Wheels range from 17 to 19 inches depending on variant.
Across the board, the Tucson gets dual 12.3-inch curved displays, a 6.6-inch climate control panel, powered tailgate, and wireless phone charging.
- Style: fabric seats, manual adjustment, no SmartSense
- Prime: leather seats, powered front seats, keyless entry, Hyundai SmartSense
- Prestige: full SmartSense suite, shift-by-wire column gear, paddle shifters, ambient lighting
Six airbags are standard. Hyundai SmartSense with AEB, adaptive cruise control, lane centring, blind spot collision avoidance, and rear cross traffic alert is available from Prime upward. The base Style does not include any ADAS features.
All variants are covered by an 8-year or 160,000 km factory warranty. The first 100 customers receive eight free labour service intervals.
