The Honda City Hatchback facelift starts at RM95,900 and comes with an eight-year warranty with unlimited mileage, alongside five free labour services within 100,000 km or five years. At the rear, the facelift features clear-lens LED taillights and a simplified rear bumper design. The clear-lens LED taillights are exclusive to the RS variants. The e:HEV RS variant is not available in the Stellar Diamond Pearl exterior colour.

Meanwhile, the e:HEV RS combines an Atkinson-cycle 1.5-litre i-VTEC four-cylinder engine, which primarily acts as a generator to charge the battery, with an electric traction motor producing 109 PS and 253 Nm of torque. The hybrid system drives the front wheels through an e-CVT.
The non-hybrid variants accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.7 seconds, while the e:HEV RS completes the same sprint in 9.4 seconds. According to Honda, fuel consumption is rated at 5.6 litres per 100 km for the non-hybrid variants and 3.7 litres per 100 km for the hybrid.
