Currently, the Australian market is the closest neighbouring country where the Denza B8 is sold, with a starting price of AU$91,000, equivalent to approximately RM253,600.
Sold as the Fangchengbao Bao 8 in China, this rugged body-on-frame plug-in hybrid 4×4 features a dual-motor AWD configuration paired with an internal combustion engine. The pure electric range is 100 km WLTP, and with the 91-litre fuel tank, the total range is quoted at 905 km. Packed with a 36.8 kWh Blade LFP battery, the vehicle supports DC fast charging at 120 kW and AC charging of up to 11 kW. There’s also a 6.6 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) function.
Designed for those who seek adventurous off-road driving with luxury comforts, the Denza B8 features Dual Mode Off-road (DMO) intelligent off-road PHEV technology, including DiSus-P Body Control, an advanced chassis, and innovative battery technology. It is complemented by a high-tech DiLink infotainment platform and a luxurious cabin with a comprehensive suite of advanced safety and driver-assistance systems. Three exterior colours will be available—Dawn Gold, Eclipse Black, and Nebula Silver—paired with two interior colour options: Jasper Brown and Onyx Black.
