BMW Malaysia has announced the official pricing for the second-generation F74 2025 BMW 218 Gran Coupe. Locally assembled (CKD), the 218 GC is priced at RM 240,500 with the BMW Service and Repair Inclusive (BSRI) package that includes the full five-year warranty and scheduled service included.

Replacing the previous F44 generation, the new 2025 BMW 218 Gran Coupe comes in a single Sport variant. It retains the familiar 1.5-litre turbocharged 3-cylinder engine, now designated B38B15M2, delivering 156 PS and 230 Nm to the front wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The Sport trim includes satin aluminium exterior detailing, gloss black mirror caps, and 18-inch Y-spoke two-tone wheels wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric rubber.

Inside, the 218 adopts BMW’s Curved Display with Operating System 9, comprising a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.7-inch touchscreen. Also standard are wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice control with BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, Digital Key Plus, and Digital Premium streaming services.

Other cabin features include electric sports seats with memory, Veganza perforated upholstery in black with blue contrast stitching, a new toggle gear selector, wireless charger, rear air vents, and auto-dimming mirrors. Boot space is 430 litres.

Safety kit includes the Driving Assistant suite with:

  • Lane change warning
  • Speed limit info
  • Rear crossing traffic warning with brake intervention
  • Exit warning
  • Predictive forward collision warning with brake intervention

There’s also Parking Assistant with a reverse camera, park distance control, and a reversing assistant that retraces up to 50 metres.

Buyers can choose from Alpine White, Black Sapphire, and Skyscraper Grey. The cabin comes with Black Veganza upholstery with blue stitching.
