2026 Honda Fit Facelift launched in China – approx. RM 39k, limited 3,000 units

The new Honda Jazz Facelift, sold as Honda Fit in China, was launched on January 15^th, 2026, with a fixed price of 66,800 yuan or RM 38,900 if converted directly. The new Honda Fit Facelift comes with a lifetime engine and transmission warranty, limited to only 3,000 units. The second facelift of the B-segment unit now features an aggressive and sporty look, completely different from past iterations.

At the front, the headlights feature a split design with the upper part consisting of a sleek two-section LED Daytime Running Light (DRL), and the lower part is the main headlight assembly. A big Honda logo at the centre, with black plastic trim, goes out on each side, connecting to the DRLs. There are also four small cut-out holes on the left side of the logo, presumably for the engine air intake. Lower front bumper features a black multi-spoke cooling vent.

On the rear, the rear bumper is more robust, extended outward, increasing the length of the vehicle by 59 mm, 115 mm longer than our Honda Jazz. The extended rear bumper not only adds a ‘strong’ look but also presumably protects the taillights in case of a rear collision. A sporty lower black trim completes the rear bumper. No alloy wheels offered here either, steel rims with hubcaps come as standard.

Moving to the inside, nothing much has changed apart from the centre console display now sporting a larger 10.1-inch screen that supports Apple CarPlay, Huawei HiCar, and Baidu Carlife smartphone connectivity. Apart from that, the Honda Fit facelift still offers the same 7-inch digital cluster, fabric seats, and two speakers. No Honda Sensing suite driver assists offered here.

The Honda Fit Facelift retains the same 1.5 L 4-cylinder i-VTEC engine, producing 124 PS and 124 Nm of torque, matched with the familiar Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).

Here in Malaysia, the Honda Jazz is no longer available as it was replaced by the current Honda City Hatchback. For reference, the Honda City Hatchback price starts at RM 85,900 on the road without insurance.
