SPPF Malaysia unveils the future of paint protection with spray-on PPF
SPPF Malaysia has introduced a new Spray-on Paint Protection Film (SPPF), a protective film that forms an adhesive-free layer directly on a vehicle’s paintwork through proprietary Paintwork Fusion Bonding technology. This new method of PPF application allows for customising the thickness of the film, giving optical clarity with smooth conformity across the surface.
The upper surface layers of SPPF are engineered to be restored over time. Called the Renewable Surface Engineering, any light scratches, swirl marks, water stains, and oxidation can be removed through professional polishing, without compromising the underlying protection. Moreover, Infinite Layer Technology allows protective layers to be applied over the existing SPPF, strengthening protection and extending the longevity of the SPPF.
Speaking of longevity, every SPPF installation has endured extreme abrasion, heat cycles, and weather conditions through its motorsport application background, tested beyond daily road use. Through advanced Colour Engineering, customers can also curate a new spectrum of custom finishes, from period correct paint schemes for classic cars, to specific manufacturer shades, incorporating them with the original factory paint.
SPPF Malaysia says that this approach is for collectors and enthusiasts as it preserves the authenticity of original paint systems while offering unprecedented freedom in finish and depth. Colour becomes part of the protection itself, expressive, precise, and designed to endure long after trends fade and roads take their toll.
