Mercedes-Benz Malaysia appointed as official fleet provider for LIMA 2025

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has been appointed as the Official Royal & Government fleet provider for the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace exhibition (LIMA) 2025 that’s scheduled to take place from 20 to 24 May 2025 in Langkawi.

As part of this role, Mercedes-Benz will supply a fleet of vehicles to transport VIPs and government officials during the event. The lineup will include the CKD Mercedes-Benz S 580 e Plug-in Hybrid and the all-electric EQS 580 4MATIC SUV. Both models offer high levels of comfort, advanced technology, and sustainable performance, aligning with the event’s focus on innovation and progress.

Amanda Zhang, CEO and President of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, said the company’s involvement reflects its commitment to supporting national platforms and advancing new mobility solutions. “Our involvement in LIMA 2025 shows our commitment to innovation and supporting national platforms,” she said.

Besides the fleet service, Mercedes-Benz will also have a presence at the exhibition. Visitors can check out the Mercedes-AMG SL 43, which will be on display at the company’s booth. With the highlight being the roadster it will be showcased alongside the other cars in the fleet.

The partnership underlines the brand’s strategy to integrate electrification and intelligent mobility across its product offerings while supporting major industry events.

LIMA 2025 will take place from 20 – 24 May 2025 at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre (MIEC) and Resorts World Langkawi. The biennial exhibition features trade exhibitions, static displays, flight demonstrations, and public showcases. Head on over to catch the show!
