Jaecoo Malaysia launches Professional Affiliates Programme with exclusive discounts
Jaecoo Malaysia is rolling out a new initiative aimed at broadening its customer base and strengthening brand loyalty through the launch of its Professional Affiliates Programme (PAP). The scheme offers exclusive purchase discounts on the Jaecoo J7 lineup, targeting a wide range of professionals and corporate employees.
Despite its name, eligibility for the PAP goes beyond traditional professionals. The programme is open to individuals affiliated with professional organisations and associations, those in financial and insurance services, employees of corporate bodies, and even content creators recognised as Jaecoo brand ambassadors. Direct family members of eligible individuals also stand to benefit.
“Given the positive feedback and requests from corporates and professionals, Jaecoo Malaysia is happy to introduce our very own Professional Affiliates Programme,” said Emily Lek, Vice President of Jaecoo Malaysia. “This is another step forward in our efforts to elevate the brand and grow closer to the heart of fans and customers.”
To access the benefits, prospective buyers need only present relevant documentation at Jaecoo showrooms—this could include proof of professional membership or employment.
The PAP currently covers all three versions of the Jaecoo J7: the 2WD, AWD, and the recently launched plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). This provides eligible buyers with a range of options depending on their driving needs and environmental preferences.
Both the AWD and 2WD variants are powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 194 hp and 290 Nm of torque, mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The front-wheel-drive model is the quicker of the two, clocking 0–100 km/h in 9.2 seconds.
Meanwhile, the PHEV version—introduced in February—features a hybrid-specific iteration of the Omoda 5’s 1.5-litre turbo engine paired with an electric motor, producing a combined output of 347 PS and 525 Nm. Its 18.3 kWh Blade LFP battery enables an electric-only range of 106 km (NEDC), with a claimed total driving range of up to 1,300 km.
Priced at RM158,800 on-the-road without insurance, the J7 PHEV sits RM10,000 above the AWD petrol variant, with the 2WD coming in as the most affordable option at another RM10,000 less.
“We look forward to welcoming new owners to the Jaecoo family who automatically become part of our J-Club community,” added Lek. “In addition to best-in-class vehicles and after-sales care, owners can look forward to engaging with other Jaecoo owners through the J-Club’s social activities.”
With the introduction of PAP, Jaecoo Malaysia is not only offering tangible incentives but also doubling down on efforts to foster a sense of community among its customers—turning ownership into a lifestyle proposition.
