New Leapmotor 3S Centre opens in Ipoh, operated by CST Auto

Leapmotor Malaysia has expanded its network in the country with the opening a new 3S centre in Ipoh. Operated by CST Auto, the new facility spans across 8,400 square feet of land and comprises of two levels.

The new showroom features a total of 6 vehicles on display with two dedicated delivery bays. It also features a suite of immersive digital brand experience zones, and a customer lounge. Being a 3S centre, the facility also houses a dedicated aftersales facility.

To cater to the soon-to-expand lineup of EVs by Leapmotor, the 3S centre houses dedicated, state-of-the-art EV tools, including specialised high-voltage diagnostic systems, battery conditioning equipment, and proprietary Leapmotor software for vehicle diagnostics. Furthermore, every team member at Leapmotor Ipoh has completed extensive training to acquire full technical expertise in Leapmotor EVs.

Additionally, Leapmotor Ipoh offers customers extended warranty and service packages, and provides complete aftersales support, including 24/7 roadside assistance. Leapmotor Ipoh operates daily from 9:00AM to 7:00PM. Aftersales services are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, remaining closed on Sundays and all dedicated public holidays.
