Harmony Auto opens first Denza 1S showroom in Kuala Lumpur
On the same day that the Denza D9 made its official debut in Malaysia, authorised dealer Harmony Auto celebrated the grand opening of its first Denza 1S showroom. Located in Menara Atlan, along the bustling Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur, this marks a significant milestone in Denza’s expansion into the Malaysian market.
Strategically positioned in the heart of KL’s Golden Triangle, the new Denza Harmony Auto showroom is designed to offer a premium experience for prospective customers. Covering 5,500 square feet, the showroom features a sleek, minimalist design with high-end finishes, a six-car display area, and modern amenities such as a comfortable lounge, a coffee bar, and a merchandise counter.
In addition to its Kuala Lumpur outlet, Harmony Auto has plans to further expand Denza’s presence in Malaysia by opening a Denza 3S centre in Skudai, Johor, in the near future. This complements Harmony Auto’s existing network as an authorised dealer for BYD, Denza’s parent company, which currently operates four BYD outlets in Malaysia: BYD Hartamas, BYD Plaza Arkadia, BYD Skudai, and BYD Iskandar Puteri.
The Denza showroom in Kuala Lumpur is designed to offer a digital and interactive experience, with advanced digital displays allowing customers to explore the brand and its lineup. Knowledgeable product advisors are available to assist visitors, ensuring an informative and seamless experience. The showroom anticipates welcoming between 100 to 500 visitors each week and operates daily from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD Asia-Pacific Auto Sales Division, highlighted the growing demand for sustainable mobility in Malaysia, stating, “Malaysia’s appetite for sustainable mobility is growing, and the introduction of Denza highlights our commitment to bringing advanced EV technology to the market.”
Fanny Lee Fong Ching, Head of Sales at Denza Harmony Auto KLCC, expressed pride in the brand’s expansion, adding, “We are proud to care for Denza customers in Malaysia. Today marks a milestone as we officially open in KL, and soon in Johor.”
With the launch of the showroom, Malaysian customers can now view and book the newly introduced Denza D9. Two variants are available:
• Denza D9 Advance FWD – Priced at RM259,000
• Denza D9 Premium AWD – Priced at RM309,000
The opening of Harmony Auto’s Denza showroom signals a strong commitment to bringing premium electric vehicles to Malaysia, reinforcing the brand’s presence in the fast-growing EV market.
