Chery teases mysterious vehicle in Bukit Bintang

A large container box with a ribbon has been placed in front of The Starhill along Jalan Bukit Bintang, catching the attention of pedestrians and motorists alike.

The container features minimal branding, showing only the Chery logo and the message “Guess What’s Inside.” Small windows built into the sides allow the public to glimpse a covered vehicle inside, but the exact model remains unknown.

This is part of Chery Malaysia’s new teaser campaign aimed at younger, urban drivers. The brand hopes to generate interest and discussion ahead of an upcoming vehicle reveal.

“We want to invite Malaysians from all walks of life to be part of the excitement and anticipation. What’s inside the box is something exciting, something new, and something that signals Chery’s growing presence among the young and dynamic,” said Michael Chew, Vice President of Chery Malaysia.

The campaign is drawing attention on social media under the hashtag #crosswonderfullife, with many sharing photos and guesses. Visitors who can correctly identify the vehicle inside will receive a special gift from Chery.

The activation runs from 29 May to 3 June 2025 at The Starhill. The public reveal is expected to follow soon.
