2026 Jetour T2 launched, RM 157k – ‘rugged’ SUV, AWD, 2.0L turbo petrol
Jetour Malaysia has launched the 2026 Jetour T2, priced at RM 156,800, and it is available in only one variant. The Jetour T2 is an AWD adventure SUV that features a rugged, boxy exterior design while offering modern creature comforts.
Starting with the dimensions, the Jetour T2 measures 4,785 mm long, 2,006 mm wide, and 1,880 mm tall. Despite its tough off-road appearance, the Jetour T2 uses a unibody construction rather than a body-on-frame chassis. At the front, the Jetour T2 features square headlights with a large grille, complete with bold Jetour lettering. An upright glasshouse further accentuates the boxy design. At the rear, it features a side-opening tailgate and a large storage box that resembles an external spare tyre.

Under the bonnet sits a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, shared with the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, producing 254 PS of maximum power and 390 Nm of maximum torque. It is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) that powers all four wheels. The Jetour T2 is also equipped with the X-Intelligent Drive Mode system, which comprises seven selectable drive modes for different driving conditions. The fuel tank has a capacity of 70 litres. The dashboard features a straight, rugged design with a floating touchscreen head unit in the middle. The centre air vents and climate control switches are positioned below the display. The front seats are power-adjustable with memory functions and are wrapped in leatherette upholstery with red stitching.

To recap, the Jetour T2 has launched at a starting price of RM 156,800 and includes a 7-year/150,000 km mileage vehicle warranty and a 10-year/1,000,000 km powertrain warranty. There’s also a 5 times free service as well as an early bird rebate worth RM 2,000 for the first 3,000 registrations.
