2022 Volvo V60 Recharge T8 Inscription price revealed, from RM286,909

Volvo Car Malaysia has revealed prices for the soon-to-launch Volvo V60 Recharge T8 Inscription, starting at RM 286,909 (OTR without SST).

Shown available only in the Inscription trim in the official pricelist, this means the Volvo V60 in Malaysia comes with chrome bits as opposed to the gloss black bits on the “R-Design” Volvo S60.

Powertrain-wise, the Volvo V60 Recharge T8 Inscription gets the same hybrid system as the Volvo S60 Recharge T8 R-Design.

The hybrid system’s power output is rated at 407 PS while maximum torque is rated at 640 Nm, resulting in a 4.6-second 0-100 km/h acceleration time.

The wagon body style features a distinctive rear-end design that is unmistakably Volvo. 

On the inside, buyers can choose between:

 

  1. Linear Lime Decor Inlays with Maroon Brown Upholstery and Charcoal Headliner
  2. Driftwood Decor Inlays with Charcoal Moritz Upholstery and Blond Headliner

As for phone connectivity, the 9-inch portrait infotainment unit provides both Android Auto and Apple Carplay connection.

Safety-wise, the Volvo V60 T8 Inscription gets the ADAS suite of IntelliSafe that comes with AEB, LKA, CTA, BLIS, Oncoming Lane Mitigation, and Run-off Road Mitigation. There’s also Pilot Assist, a level 2 semi-autonomous driving feature.
