2026 Kia Carnival facelift launched, from RM 189k – CKD, 2 variants, still diesel

Kia Sales Malaysia (KSM) has launched the new Kia Carnival with a price starting at RM 188,888k. The new Kia Carnival comes in two locally assembled (CKD) configurations at launch, the 2.2 D 11-seater and the 2.2 D 7-seater. 

The new Kia Carnival Facelift prices are listed below:

  • 2026 Kia Carnival 2.2D 11-seater RM 188,888
  • 2026 Kia Carnival 2.2D 7-seater RM 248,888

Starting with the exterior, the redesigned wide front grille and harmonised front skid plate give the new Kia Carnival a modern, chiselled look. Both variants share the same exterior features except for the tyres and wheels.

Among the standard exterior details of the new 11-seater Kia Carnival are:

The new Kia Carnival retains the same turbocharged diesel engine, providing flexibility for large family hauls and executive-oriented users. Both 11-seater and 7-seater variants share the same powertrain.

  • Engine: 2.2 L turbocharged 4-cylinder diesel (D4HE)
  • Displacement – 2,151 cc
  • Power – 199 PS
  • Max Torque – 440 Nm

Moving to the interior, the Kia Carnival 11-seater has a 2-3-3-3 seating configuration, while the 7-seater has a 2-3-3 seating configuration. The Kia Carnival 11-seater variant features a central folding jump seat in the second and third row to give easy access for the rear passengers. The 7-seater variant, meanwhile, features Premium Relaxion Seats with a lateral slide function in the second row, elevating passenger comfort.
